Six-month cohort
Nonprofit Operations Accelerator
An implementation-focused program for nonprofit leaders ready to build operational infrastructure that lasts.
The accelerator combines expert workshops, coaching, peer collaboration, accountability, and immediate application. It is best suited to organizations with roughly 4–20 staff members that are experiencing or preparing for growth and can dedicate 5–7 hours per month.

GRIP
Growth Readiness Improvement Program
GRIP helps nonprofits understand where their infrastructure stands and what needs to change before they grow.
The program uses ten Growth Readiness Indicators, a structured outside assessment, and guided improvement sessions. Teams identify current strengths, operational risks, and the systems required to scale more sustainably.

Stage 1
Grant Readiness & Organizational Foundations
Accepted organizations receive the Built to be Funded course at 90% off. After completing the course, they unlock up to three hours of one-on-one coaching.
Best for: Early-stage organizations preparing to apply for grants and building the operational foundation to support growth.
Stage 2
Startup Support
Guidance through incorporation, entity structuring, and banking setup so the foundation is built correctly from day one.
Stage 3
Business Advisory & Strategic Support
Coaching and strategic guidance for organizations that want an experienced partner as they make decisions, plan ahead, and build capacity.
Stage 4
Fiscal Sponsorship, Fully Bundled
Financial infrastructure and strategic partnership under one agreement, including grant and donation processing, compliance, reporting, insurance, and business advisory.
